A note about representation in criminal cases: We do not generally take on direct criminal defense representation. That said, we carefully track patterns and practices in criminal prosecutions to better understand which issues we may be able to address either by helping with or taking on direct criminal defense or through civil litigation. So, we want you to reach out even if we may not ultimately be able to represent you. It will help us help more people in the long run.
